'Loving Eyes (Skt. Avalokiteshvara, Tib. Chenrezig): The buddha of compassion and of
non-discriminating love.
He is in the Joy State, white in color, seated in full meditation posture.
He has four arms.
His outer right hand holds a crystal mala, which frees all beings from the conditioned world.
His middle hands hold the jewel of enlightenment in front of his heart.
His outer left hand holds a lotus blossom, which shows the purity of his view.
His eyes see all beings'.

In Buddhism, the way of developing Loving Eyes in oneself is noticing what's perfect in others, instead of their faults. It's also form of Compassion.
i heard & read that developing Wisdom & Compassion is the Way to Enlightenment.
