Translates literally to 'the way things are.'

It encompasses the three levels of teachings - the Basic Way, Great Way, and Diamond Way - and is part of the Buddhist refuge.'

It's said that Dharma is a word for 'Buddha's Unsurpassable Teachings'.

There are other Dharmic Religions as well - it's found in Buddhism, Hinduism, Sikhism and Jainism.

When in relation with Buddhism, it's often spoken as: 'Buddha-Dharma'.
