Aging & Impermanence.

About.

i've been interrested in computer sciences since my youth, then went to Warsaw University to study this field, learned & elegantly structured within myself a lot of basics with good & very good grades mostly.

then severe depression episode, fear of leaving home occured - i stopped attending to Uni & was removed from students list after exams.

i didn't give up, found professional work & worked there for over 4 years.

after this time i was spent, without energy, with stress accumulated - i was fired as any burnt-out employee.

i've started therapy, working on my own computer-science-related projects, learning from books when i could.

now i read article that since this September, programming education for kids will start in basic schools - that is, 7-years-young kids will have such lessons.

while this is good news for my nation (Poland), for western world as well - this makes me worried about my own future.

will younger generation replace those who had no such intense opportunities at youth?

i am a professional computer programmer with aspirations for other sciences, but so far my mental illness is major obstacle when it comes to learning mathematics & other sciences.

then i looked at HH Buddha Karmapa's portrait and had insights.

i understood it's impermanence & impermanence of conditions -related fear, that it happens in all ways of life, even in computer programming.

i had insight i should observe & learn, i should take this obstacle as a lesson & opportunity to grow, that my ambitions & plans should reach far in the future.

thankfully i've already started something as that (details: Dragonfly Algorithm), but my mental illness makes progress difficult.

i hope i'll realize my dream of becoming a great multi-disciplinary scientist that uses computing tools excellently.

May all beings have happines and causes of happiness,

May they be free from suffering and the cause of suffering,

May they always experience true happiness, which is totally free from suffering,

May they remain in the great equanimity, which is beyond attachment and aversion.

Impermanence, Change & Respect for the other Ways.

Introduction.

Impermanence & constant change is a part of life & an important part of Buddhist thought.

Only Enlightened Mind is lasting we are taught.

Recently HH Karmapa 17th Trinley Thaye Dorje gave an interview about this.

In this an interview HH mentioned deep respect for Pope as well.


Blog author's approach.

i accept life's changes, without losing my priorities, focus & view;

i focus on attaining Enlightened Love as a Way for Enlightenment as a priority, i know for whom i'll fight for as well.

Everything else is optional, every other change is acceptable as a part of the Way.


Respecting Pope & Other Ways.

While i respect Buddha Karmapa's words, i have my own way.

i think i'll try to respect Pope & Church more than before, even if i'll help 'beings in hells' more - because of my friendship with pagan & wiccan people - with witches, esoterics, parapsychologists & magicians, etc.

i'll still try to be a compassionate, altruistic, idealistic & good a person, i'll still try to persuade these people to not go too much into 'the Evil' & 'Moral Decay'; i'll still try to turn 'Black Magick' into the 'Art of Magick & Light' that aims to be as White, Moral & 'of the Light' as far as i can.

i'll need help of Good & Altruistic, Buddhist & Esoteric, friends & teachers - if/when i go too far into darkness, to drag me out - and i wish to repay my karmic debt for that if/when this occurs.

i won't accept this kind of help however from beings who 'try to drag me out from darkness' without at least trying meaningfully to understand, care & respect me, my friends, our Teachers & our Ways, or if they try to abuse the 'rescue' in any way.

i'll try to be open-minded & antisectarian still.

By 'Esoteric' word - in a context of this article - i mean: 'Following a Spiritual Way other than of our Way'; in other contexts an 'Esoteric' word might mean 'Inner, Secret Lessons of Our Way' as opposed to an 'Exoteric' word, that means: 'Public, Open Lessons of Our Way'.

i wish our efforts to bring Spiritual people together instead of separating.

i wish for the Truth & for Honesty, including Self-Honesty as much as i can.

i wish we all prosper together, and grow together in understanding, wisdom, compassion, skillful methods & power.

i wish for true freedom, lasting peace & lasting happiness for all of beings.
