Calming Activity & Energy.
Introduction.
Since years i am in contact with troubled, scared & anxious people - not only from psychiatric hospitals.
Wishes.
i wish to help people achieve inner peace, for benefit of all.
i wish to develop calming activity & protecting activity, to develop a quality of radiating such energies - for benefit of all. i think it's what we need most at this moment.
i wish to learn hypnosis to give people inner peace when they are troubled, angry, anxious or scared.
i also wish to 'awaken' people from 'dreams of delusions' - using hypnosis that breaks such 'dreams', to 'use form to break free from a delusionary form' - when we are ready for that.
Later i wish to 'catch up' with increasing activity, with fascinating activity, increasing proper energies associated as well.
Finally, i wish to develop a quality that will let me choose & send different energies to different people, as they need - simultaneously.
Mantras.
OM MAHAKALAYE SOHA
OM TARE TUTTARE TURE SOHA
OM A RA PA CA NA DHIH
OM MANI PEME HUNG
OM AMI DEWA HRI
OM KALACHAKRA SOHA
KARMAPA CHENNO
Namaste, blessed be.

The King of Aspiration Prayers of Noble, Excellent Activity.
Kagyu Monlam & Prayers.
During the Kagyu Monlam, many prayers are recited, but particularly the “King of Aspiration Prayers” or “Samantabhadra Wishing Prayer”. And it comes from a collection of sutras, which contains a great number of aspiration prayers (since sutras are the preserved teachings of Buddha Shakyamuni, these are prayers he himself would have spoken).
This particular aspiration prayer, the “Samantabhadra Wishing Prayer” is said to be the king of all aspiration prayers. Among the sixteen points it has, the first section is the seven-branch prayer.
The collected efforts of all the individuals gathered produce a hundred thousand or more recitations and contribute to the development of positive disposition and wisdom, necessary in order to reach enlightenment for the sake of all sentient beings.

How should we perceive Karmapa's activity?
'Dear Dharma Friends,
On March 29, 2017, Trinley Thaye Dorje, His Holiness the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa shared the joyous news of his marriage to Khandro Rinchen Yangzom. Students from around the world, East and West, are responding to this momentous occasion in our lineage. I feel compelled to express the great confidence with which we can embrace this event.
(...)
So how should we perceive the Karmapa’s activity? A Buddha’s activity is beyond our concepts and beyond our limitations, as one can read in Samantabhadra’s Prayer of Excellent Conduct. When we rely on our own limitations, it does not limit the Karmapa’s activity, but through our wrong views, rather, we limit our own active participation in collective virtuous activity.
When limited by wrong views, how can we respond? The ways in which buddhas and bodhisattvas benefit beings are absolutely, inconceivably profound. We can therefore recite Samantabhadra’s Prayer of Excellent Conduct to remind ourselves about the inconceivable vastness of Buddha activity. We can recite Calling the Guru from Afar to recall our own conditions, and to supplicate masters of the past in helping us to overcome them. We can remember the bodhisattvas who have manifested in our own lifetimes, such as Shamar Rinpoche, and recall their life events with gratitude. We can rely on the words of the Karmapa himself: “I have a strong feeling, deep within my heart, that my decision to marry will have a positive impact not only for me, but also for the lineage.
. . .Something beautiful, something beneficial will emerge, for all of us.”

Protecting Activity of Mahakala.
Introduction.
i think it's important to understand Protecting Activity of Mahakala, that it is about protecting inner values & dharma teachings, and not about violence toward living beings.
i've tried to translate & paraphrase Buddha Karmapa 17th Trinley Thaye Dorje's words written in Polish language, to my best ability - for any faults, i apologize.
... see also if You wish, neeed, or ... : What is: 'Understanding Fear' ?
Who are protectors?
In the West, according to our tendency to perceive phenomena in a dualistic manner, we see them as something outside. Are protectors a kind of beings?
Protectors are our wisdom's nature. It's not about that we are here, and protectors 'somewhere', where they 'do something for us'. Awakening of our wisdom's nature is protection in itself.
(...)
There are two types of protectors: worldly living beings, and Dharma protectors, being absolute wisdom.
Enlightened protectors are Buddha's wisdom aspects, as for example: Mahakala.
How protector's activity works?
Generally, activity of a worldly protector is protecting area, nation or place from troubles or harmful influences.
Most important activity of Dharma protectors is protecting teachings. Their main activity is not about external threas. Dharma protectors save us from 'inner enemies' - disturbing emotions as attachment, confusion, desire, anger and pride. Protectors help us to control these weaknesses. This way they wrap protection around those who practice.
Through Dharma protectors, as through other Buddha aspects, enlightenment expresses in it's three qualities: wisdom, power and compassion.
We all have Buddha nature, but to recognize it, we need proper conditions.
Protectors' tasks are creating these conditions for us - they protect us from situations hindering our development and help us to find best conditions for recognizing our inborn Buddha nature. In other words, these energies remove hindrances from our way to enlightenment.
How a buddhist can physically protect others or fight for his or her own nation?
When we talk about protecting nation or even planet, it's usually that we mean killing and wounding others. If we are wounding other being, especially when there's ego or anger, it's not Dharma activity or even a buddhist activity at all.
(...)
If someone was attacked and you witness this, of course - protect, it's a completely normal reaction, everyone would do this. But try to not wound, to not kill attacker. Even in very difficult situations it's possible to avoid killing. Taking life is something extreme.
(...)
Wishes.
May all beings have happines and causes of happiness,
May they be free from suffering and the cause of suffering,
May they always experience true happiness, which is totally free from suffering,
May they remain in the great equanimity, which is beyond attachment and aversion.
Mantras.
