Emptiness, Interdependence, Equanimity & Illusory Nature of Reality.
Interdependence.
Nothing, no being or phenomenon, is inherently independent, existing in isolation.
We, people & societes, phenomena & our tools, are born or created and exist in dependence of others, on causes & conditions.
Therefore we should develop Equanimity, as part of responsible attitude toward everyone.
Without responsibility world won't survive for future generations.
Composite ideas are dependent on our mind, as well as on their parts.
-- Derived from 'How to see yourself as you really are' book by Dalai Lama.
Emptiness.
'Emptiness, clarity and limitlessness are absolute qualities of mind that cannot be separated from one another.
Empty of independent existence, nothing arises by itself, but rather is dependent upon conditions.
Emptiness is the final nature of all uter and inner phenomena and cannot be grasped through concepts.
It's realization is the manifestation of the Truth State.'
-- Quoted from 'Buddha & Love' book by Lama Ole Nydahl.
i experienced that by practicing & thinking on impermanence, emptiness - even sadness, weakness, or other mental difficulties can pass.
Equanimity.
'The fourth of the Four Immeasurables.
It means to remain free from attachment and aversion in a balanced and benevolvent state of mind'.
-- Quoted from 'Buddha & Love' book by Lama Ole Nydahl.
i think i read that equanimity practice at first results in calmness & balance, then develops to great joy.
i read that attachment & aversion are caused by ignorance, and are causes of multitude of other detrimential mind states.
i read that by understanding interdependent nature of beings & phenomena, by understanding & meditating on emptiness - ignorance can be uprooted.
ignorance in this context is not 'knowing not enough' alone, but also 'living with wrong knowledge', as for example ignorance is thinking that things or phenomena are inherently independent, existing in isolation.
It's proven scientificially that by helping others, one's joy & balanced mind state increases. By practicing equanimity, by removing ignorance, attachment & aversion / or in other words: by removing ignorance, craving & hatred / we can be in mind state allowing to truly help ourselves & others.
Illusory Nature of Reality.
With everything being empty, non-permanent, only change is certain.
As we fight for better reality, it might change for better.
With time old reality becomes obsolete truth, leaving many illusions in minds of those who are not following most recent changes.
Reality is not as it appears, as well.
Many things cannot be grasped by unenlightened mind, or are scientifically unproven - for example, Reincarnation.
-- Derived from 'How to see yourself as you really are' book by Dalai Lama, as well as from other sources.

Spiritually Significiant Day.
Today Morning, 4:00 am CET, i took refuge in Buddha, Dharma & Sangha - thinking it's Uposatha Observance Day.
i am not sure anymore if it's truly that day, but thankfully i did this Refuge Practice, as more of spiritual activities followed.
Beside, taking Refuge should be done every morening, i think.
i wish to improve in that respect, but not at all cost.
Then, starting 4:40 to 6:00 participated in Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn's Ritual against Dark Astral forces drawn by their traitors, against Black Slaver-Magicians as well.
Then celebrated modestly the Ostara, Wiccan Holiday.
i made plans for Beltaine & Vesak Celebrations as well.
i think it were all successes, lot happened, had visions & insights as well - of Buddhist, Hermetic & Wican natures.

Astrology, Holidays & Kalachakra.
About.
Today i had insights telling me that friends from our Sangha need me to develop in Kalachakra & Time-Related Magick.
While i am not ready for the Kalachakra Practice, i can certainly track, observe & analyze Astrological Cycles & Holidays - Both Buddhist & Esoteric.
i've agreed in my mind to do that.
Soon, on March 20th, Wiccan Holiday of Ostara is Celebrated as well.

Wishes.
May all beings have happines and causes of happiness,
May they be free from suffering and the cause of suffering,
May they always experience true happiness, which is totally free from suffering,
May they remain in the great equanimity, which is beyond attachment and aversion.

Wisdom, what it is?
What, according to Buddhism, is wisdom?
The highest wisdom is seeing that in reality all phenomena are incomplete, impermanent, and not self.
This understanding is totally freeing and leads to the great security and happiness which is called Nirvana.
However, the Buddha doesn't speak too much about this level of wisdom.
It is not wisdom if we simply believe what we are told.
True wisdom is to directly see and understand for ourselves.
At this level then, wisdom is to keep an open mind rather than being closed-minded, listening to other points of view rather than being bigoted; to carefully examine facts that contradict our beliefs, rather than burying our heads in the sand; to be objective rather than prejudiced and partisan; to take time about forming our opinions and beliefs rather than just accepting the first or most emotional thing that is offered to us; and to always be ready to change our beliefs when facts that contradict them are presented to us.
A person who does this is certainly wise and is certain to eventually arrive at true understanding.
The path of just believing what you are told is easy.
The Buddhist path requires courage, patience, flexibility and intelligence.

Buddhism, Beliefs, Geography & 'Malaysian Dragon'.
Introduction.
A while ago, Lama Ole Nydahl mentioned that he trusts our Sangha to know the map of the World.
i am not the best as far as geography goes, but i started to learn.
Since a while, when a nation or country appears in my life, i check - i check the map & general lore about the place & society.
Malaysian Dragon.
A few years ago, when i checked Malaysia, wikipedia said it's mostly Chinese Religions- & Islam- dominated.
Then HH Buddha Karmapa 17th Trinley Thaye Dorje visited Malaysia, introducing local people to Mahakala practice.
Mahakala is Protecting Energy that paves the Way for Buddhism, among other.
i do not know whether initial wikipedia article was inaccurate, or if something meaningful changed, but today it looks as follows:
i do not know exact motives of HH Buddha Karmapa 17th Trinley Thaye Dorje, but i suspect that at least part of them was to address that 'Malaysian Dragon' before it 'explodes'.
... my professional experience tells that in commercial software projects - worst risks are adressed first, as well.
Both Chinese Religions as well as Islam can be seen as adversaries of Buddhism.
China invaded Tibet years ago, i think common people perceive the Chinese Emperor (or currently - President) as a God, in a way at least.
China, however, is strongly influenced by Buddhism, as well.
Islam is the system of beliefs under Allah's Rule, Allah is God of Revenge & Anger, many Terrorists & Jiyhadists are of Islamic Origin.
i think Buddhism skillfully handles relations with Gods, often opposing or disobeying, but also by helping both the divinities as well as their followers.
Wishes.
i wish to inspire others by reacting with Loving Kindness & Compassion, even to enemies - both perceived & real.
i wish to experience Enlightened & Artful Love with a Buddhist woman and i know which.
... following the Spirit of Lama Ole Nydahl's lesson, i wish to learn the World Map - not only which nation/country is where - but also pay attention to historical & current Religions/Views & Culture, Freedoms & Human Rights, Travel Opportunities, Militarization Levels, Economy, Science & Technology, Terrorism, Crime, Unrest/Unhappiness & Political Influences - especially European, Russian, Chinese, Indian, U.S. & Arabian influence zones - then to share my observations on a blog.

How is Karma Accumulated?
Quote.
'How Is Karma Accumulated?
* First, one needs to be conscious of the given situation,
* Second, one needs to wish to do something,
* Thrid, one needs to do it or make others do it,
* Fourth, one needs to be satisfied afterward.
Within the framework of relationship, one has the choice of drama or mutual understanding. For example, if a man knows that his woman is stressed out by her job, he stands by her even when she is less attentive and her tone is sharper than usual. He shows his love, is thankful for what she can accept, and fulfills her wishes that require more time than one normally allows for. In general, he is happy that he can be of use to her. The power of such selfless action inspires others as well, which bring further happiness in the world. Thus he has planted a full positive karmic impression into his mind and enriched their relationship. If he had not realized his woman's situation and reated grumpily to her thin-skinned behavior, a crisis might have developed between the two lovers and negative karmic impression would have been planted, to the benefit of no one.
The more deliberately an action is carried out, the more powerful its effects will be. As one's life experience increases, one gets the feel of how things are and understands how happiness and pain are created and experienced. After taking responsibility for one's own actions, one protects the freedom of others to do what benefits them. Furthermore, the power of any deed increases when the action corresponds to one's wishes and ideas. If one does a lot of good - which has greater effect when utilizing body, speech, and mind together - and is satisfied afterward and has a good feeling in one's bones, then the positive impression will persist and stay. And so, depending on the degree to which good or harmful actions, feelings, or experiences have been stored, one will experience different kinds of happiness or suffering.'
-- Quoted from 'Buddha & Love' book by Lama Ole Nydahl, chapter 2 : 'Love Doesn't Happpen by Chance'.
Wishes.
i wish to experience Enlightened & Artful Love with a Buddhist woman, and i know which.
i wish to be aware & mindful of the situations i am in, and consciously plant positive impressions in my Store Consciousness.
May all beings have happines and causes of happiness,

Today is Medin Poya: Sangha Day!
'Medin Poya day is the full-moon of March.
This holy day celebrates that the Buddha visits his parental home after his supreme Enlightenment, and ordains his son prince Rāhula, and also his half-brother Nanda.
This day is also called: The Sangha Day, since on this full-moon 1250 Arahants spontaneously assembled around the Buddha without any invitation.
Buddha then spoke the famous Ovada Patimokkha core teaching!
On such Full-Moon Uposatha Poya Observance days:
Any Lay Buddhist simply join the Three Refuges and undertakes the Five Precepts like this:
Newly bathed, shaved, white-clothed, with clean bare feet, one kneels at a shrine with a Buddha-statue, and bows first three times, so that feet, hands, elbows, knees and head touch the floor. Then, with joined palms at the heart, one recites these memorized lines in a loud, calm and steady voice:
As long as this life lasts:
I hereby take refuge in the Buddha.
I hereby take refuge in the Dhamma.
I hereby take refuge in the Sangha.
I hereby seek shelter in the Buddha for the 2nd time.
I hereby seek shelter in the Dhamma for the 2nd time.
I hereby seek shelter in the Sangha for the 2nd time.
I hereby request protection from the Buddha for the 3rd time.
I hereby request protection from the Dhamma for the 3rd time.
I hereby request protection from the Sangha for the 3rd time.
I will hereby respect these Three Jewels the rest of my life!
I accept to respect, keep and undertake these 5 training rules:
I hereby accept and undertake the training rule of avoiding all Killing.
I hereby accept and undertake the training rule of avoiding all Stealing.
I hereby accept and undertake the training rule of avoiding all Sexual Abuse.
I hereby accept and undertake the training rule of avoiding all Lying and Cheating.
I hereby accept and undertake the training rule of avoiding all Alcohol and Drugs.'
