Eating Meat.

While Buddha advises against killing, Buddhists can eat meat.

In Mahakala Invocation, nectar & meat are offered, more or less.

It makes sense for me, in a way at least, that someone who wishes to self-awaken as Mahakala Buddha should offer meat to himself or herself.

i did hear on a Buddhist Lecture that Buddhists, perhaps Tibetans - i forgot who exactly - did eat meat, they had to for survival.

i read a lesson that Buddha ate everything offered, but i am not sure if and how true is this lesson,
as well.

Had insights that someday i'll cease to eat meat, but for now it's too early for that.
