How Partnerships Succeed.
'The realization that one is highly conditioned by infancy and former lives, and is, at the same time, continuously planting seeds for the future, enables people to consciously shape and influence their partnership.
With this understanding, there are certain behaviors which one is better off avoiding.
It is sad to witness how many people obscure their innate clarity with their moods and egotistic behavior.
To build a stockpile of fundamentally good karma, Buddha recommended ten Useful Actions that are protective in a partnership and in all life situations, and plant a wide range of good impressions in one's mind.
They are the exact opposites of the actions that he seriously advises against.
Logical as always, the actions are presented on the level of body, speech and mind.'
-- Quoted from 'Buddha & Love' book by Lama Ole Nydahl.

Wishes.
i wish to improve where i fail, regarding the ten Useful Actions, i wish other beings be able to do this as well.
May all beings have happines and causes of happiness,
May they be free from suffering and the cause of suffering,
May they always experience true happiness, which is totally free from suffering,
May they remain in the great equanimity, which is beyond attachment and aversion.
