Samurai, Warrior - Artists.

Relief statue of Bodhidharma at the Shaolin Temple.

... i am deeply inspired by Samurai, many of them Warrior-Poets or other Artists bringing together Strong, Martial Arts with Beautiful Arts in their lives - along with Meditation practices that lead to Enlightenment, as well as Realization of one's full potential.

All of Martial Arts, including Samurai's have roots in Buddha Bodhidharma's Lessons, who taught in the Shaolin Monastery, Henan, China - who brought physical exercises to monks of Shaolin so they are more physically fit for meditation. In stronger body, there's stronger mind.

Over centuries these physical exercises evolved into first Martial Arts, practical in the bandit-ridden country.

Shaolin Martial Arts are inseparable from meditation, even today.

i wish to explore not only Martial Arts, but also Poetry - focusing on Haiku Forms in English, Polish & French Languages - perhaps in future also in Sanskrit, Tibetan & Japanese.

i wish to explore Digital Painting & the Computer Graphics, as well.

Practicing Speech, including Poetry & other forms of Art-expression is also holy Buddhist Practice, in my opinion.

When we speak OM AH HUNG mantras during meditation or in other situations, we develop Mind, Speech & Body.

Beautiful Arts symbolism, as well as Philosophy are important parts of Martial Arts - from belt colors to names, history & tales.

i wish a Martial Arts style i am creating won't lack in these Beautiful, Wise & Enlightening aspects.
