... i think one has to earn privilege first to be allowed such multiplied donation - otherwise consequences are unworthwhile, to say at least.
Insights tell me when i can donate and how much, and i obey - do not want abuse.
Until 19th February 2109 there are karmic multiplier days, and on 19th February 2019 is one of the four most important Buddhist Holidays.
