Step-by-Step.

About.

i thought i'll share, to let others know, perhaps to inspire beginners as well.

i think it's true, but please check Yourself if You wish to be sure & certain.

This settled in my mind that way.

Simplest meditation is about observing breath, i think.

Breathing can be a conscious or subconscious effort.

We observe breath - the bridge between conscious & subconscious - as well as our thoughts and feelings, letting them be, letting them appear & dissipate, letting them play effortlessly in the mind-space.

Then counting, visualizing lights, visualizing forms & speaking mantras is added - some or all, as needed - all synchronized with a breath.

There are so many meditations & practices, each serving different purpose on a way to Liberation & Enlightenment.

The energy channels open, we become aware of chakras - energy centers; we can control energy flows - both physical & spiritual - to harmonize our body & mind, to give us more peace, energy, self-control & power.

i read that practices with energies are dangerous, best done with a qualified teacher - for example during a retreat in a Buddhist Retreat Center.

Then 'miracles' can happen, such as the self-control of the body heat - as in the Inner Heat Yoga Practice.

Then we become Enlightened.


Wishes.

May all beings have happines and causes of happiness,

May they be free from suffering and the cause of suffering,

May they always experience true happiness, which is totally free from suffering,

May they remain in the great equanimity, which is beyond attachment and aversion.
