Inspiration for Truth State.
Inspiration is blessing, transmission of methods in Buddhism.
Truth State is also called Dharmakaya in Sanskrit.
... i think i've experienced Inspiration for Dharmakaya today.
... i felt inclined to speak honest truth, felt that others near me also felt that way.
... i think i wasn't easily fooled today, either.
... i understood that i am ready for harsher Wisdom lessons for Beyond-Personal Compassion, feeling stronger - and ready for that.
... had insight that this inspiration blessing will last until end of this day, then i'll go all the way to build this Buddha Mind State in my Mind permanently.
... how long it will last? insight told me two years - i hope it won't be longer.
NAMO BUDDHAYA.
--
P.S. had insight that Lama Ole Nydahl - Lama in which i have Refuge - wishes me to complete Ph.D. in Mathematics on Warsaw University (MIMUW) in this life, if i live long enough. i do not think it's possible without Enlightened Love, however. Sorry for that remark, it's honest at least.
With Enlightened Love, i will do my best - honestly - to achieve that.

Mind's Mirror & Rainbow Body.
Introduction.
Rainbow appears when there's Sun & Rain.
Sun can be compared to Buddha's blessing, to happiness. Rain can be compared to tears.
While there is much to say insofar as understanding the core teachings of this technique, it can be summarized as making every thought a loving thought.
Every pleasant or unpleasant experience can be perceived as a lesson, for which one can be grateful.
The Spiritual Nature of All Things.
The method of achieving Rainbow Body is the art of embracing all of what life has to offer, including experiences that society labels as unquestionably bad or undesirable. To be sure, we need not seek out suffering, harm, or oppression, yet at the same time, we must develop a comprehension of the spiritual nature of all things.
Once one really perceives that all events and things in life are spiritual at their foundation, gratitude for being able to experience them can be developed. In this way, any experience, no matter how seemingly horrific and tragic, can be viewed or defined in a way that produces the experience of gratitude. The more one finds success in this path and the more one feels empowered by the challenges of life, the more one can embrace change and evolve in harmony with the ever-emerging newness or novelty of existence.
The Altruism of the Rainbow Body.
As one point of consideration, the Rainbow Body, as described below, is not a selfish or self-serving practice. While one does achieve increasing states of personal healing, transcendence, and empowerment, it is harmonized with an ever-increasing desire to service others and become an instrument of universal will.
Mirror-clear.
The analogy given by Dzogchen masters is that one's nature is like a mirror which reflects with complete openness but is not affected by the reflections, or like a crystal ball that takes on the color of the material on which it is placed without itself being changed. The knowledge that ensues from recognizing this mirror-like clarity / which cannot be found by searching nor identified / is what Dzogchenpas refer to as rigpa.

Shikantaza.
Introduction.
The term shikantaza is attributed to Dōgen's teacher Tiantong Rujing (1162-1228), and it literally means, 'nothing but (shikan) precisely (da) sitting (za).'
In other words, Dōgen means, 'doing only zazen whole-heartedly' or 'single-minded sitting.'
Source: Shikantaza on Wikipedia.
Martial Arts.
Before and after a martial arts lesson, it's customary to sit in zazen position for a short while, and calm down. At this short time one can meditate for a while, count breaths, calm down.
Also, our Teacher made us perform a practice borrowed from Yoga - a practice of drawing energy from the universe.
Does it work?
After eagerly practicing shikantaza before and after karate training, my mind went quiet and balanced after some years.
i didn't know it's shikantaza, just counted breaths, being fascinated with 'oriental philosophy aspects', when training.
i was 'radiating with calmness', people told me - and i felt same calmness in me as well.
i felt stronger, as well.
Now, unfortunatelly - after stopping shikantaza - i am much more nervous, at least internally feeling that way.
Also, on a course with Lama Ole Nydahl, i've heard that sitting is important, that many sat in caves and reached Enlightenment. i do not know what they did during/after sitting, however.
What's involved?
During Shikantaza, body, breath and mind are in fact one thing. Or, more accurately, body-breath-mind is actually body-breath-mind-universe.
Breath brings together consciousness with unconscious.
Breathing is also bodily function.
'The entire universe is the true human body ... the entire universe is the dharma body of self.'
Source: My experience, Buddhadharma magazine - Spring 2018.
How to do Shikantaza?
Many people start in Buddhism by counting breaths.
Practicioneer sits and observes breath and mind, breathes naturally - while counting from one to ten, with each of breaths - one or two numbers.
After reaching ten, practicioneer starts from one again and again.
When a distraction appears, one relaxes, affirms non-duality / 'whatever arises - affirm no-two' /, lets go and starts counting again.
... at later stage, one can stop supporting practice of counting breaths as well.

Buddhadharma Magazine.
Buddhadharma magazine arrived at my apartment today. :)
On this issue's cover, the wrathful deity Mahakala takes a selfie.
Ritual objects, once used as a means of communicating with the gods, are replaced with iPhone, all against a backdrop of quotations from Mao Zedong's Little Red Book.
One of these is published every of the year's quarters.
This one is for Fall 2018.
Subscribed for one year, also have access to this and to every of other issues of Buddhadharma in digital form.
i hope that materials within will let me understand other Buddhist Schools, as well as HH Ogyen Trinley Dorje's School.
This makes sense after Joint statement of His Holiness Trinley Thaye Dorje and His Holiness Ogyen Trinley Dorje.

Sacred Arts.
Today got my capacitive stylus, a tool for painting on touch-screen devices as smartphones or tablets.
i wish to create sacred arts eventually, mostly from buddhist & wiccan perspective.
... today started to create such attempt at art, there's a long way before me, i need to learn how to use this stylus skillfully.

Understanding Suffering, Developing Compassion.
Introduction.
Buddhism can be seen as the Way on which one develops Wisdom & Compassion.
... i think that the important part of Wisdom development is understanding suffering, not only theoretically but also by experience.
Suffering can take many forms, from poverty to loneliness, to physical or mental illness.
... i think that those who do not understand poverty do not see need to share, do not understand Dana.
... it's also the Buddhist truth that 'karma returns', that we'll be sooner or later experiencing our good deeds and bad deeds returning to us.
Every of our actions on Mind, Speech and Body levels seeds karma for our future.
In Buddhism, Compassion should extend not only to others, but also to oneself. Without including oneself in an act of compassion, compassion is stupid and not complete.
Blog author's experience.
Today i've shared 20 PLN with an old woman who begged on the streets, she asked for mere 0,05 PLN.
... 20 PLN is not small amount for me - it's about the price of a good meal, or many, many, many of poorer meals - and i do not tell this to brag, but to make people understand, that one can give or help in small ways as well.
She told me to: 'Go with God'.
i've explained that i am Buddhist, but i also respect / Catholic / Church.
She asked me: 'Will you go with God?'
... i've answered: 'Yes, but not fully'.
She thanked me for that.
Church's wisdom is: 'do not do to others what you do not like for yourself', but abstaining from doing harm is often not enough, i think.
i think one needs to alleviate harm, and to protect against harm, as well.
... i think we Buddhists do not want to give others impression that 'we are so developed that we don't understand problems of a common man or woman'.
... i think that understanding suffering can be an answer to a question: 'How to practice Compassion?'
That way, as Wisdom about suffering is developed, one can more skilfully practice Compassion - the first part of the Four Immeasurables Practice.
... i think that people who wish others harm 'should learn', should understand suffering they are putting others into - not only theoretically but also by experience.
... how to give 'bad people' such lessons in a beneficial way?
... how to avoid anger, hate, revenge?
Mantras.

Outer Promises for Self Liberation.
About.
'Buddha gave his students the outer rules to protect them from losing their way. Their goal is to avoid thoughts, words, and actions that stand in the way of a calm mind and to help people let go of attachments.
Buddha gave five promises, which are part of the Eightfold Path, that apply to lay people in today's world:
-- Quoted from 'The Way Things Are' book by Lama Ole Nydahl.

Buddha gave five promises, which are part of the Eightfold Path, that apply to lay people in today's world:
- Do not kill. Most people at that time were farmers and slaughtered their own animals. Today city dwellers can strengthen that promise,
- Do not lie to harm others or wrongly present one's own spiritual attainments,
- Do not take what is not given,
- Do not bring sexual harm to anyone,
- Do not get intoxicated.

Blog author's situation.
Since many years i am addicted to computer games.
i tried to ditch this addiction, then to play in a way that results in creating art, that encourages others to seek spirituality instead of playing computer games pointlessly. / See 'Chea's Journal' blog if You wish. /
Now i attempt to completely get rid of all computer games from my life.
Since a few of years i am addicted to cigarettes, as well.

Greed, Stupidity and Dana Offering.
Dana practice is generosity practice in Buddhism, one can gain merit by offering.
Traditional offerings include:
- Food,
- Water,
- Clothing,
- Flowers & Fragrance,
- Candles & Light.
There's also wisdom that explains that with amounts, quantity can be transformed to quality increase.
Perhaps a silly example that bothers me since years is about my offering of Chea's Journal art-resources, with attached characters & their possessions, that i've offered for HH Buddha Karmapa 17th Trinley Thaye Dorje.
In my mind bothersome thoughts keep appearing since years. These voices of various people from Lama Ole's Sangha keep wanting to claim magic items of my characters, as well as gold pieces that my characters possess. These thoughts explain that with quantity increase, quality will appear and these computer game valuables & currencies can be transformed to real money. Perhaps it's possible to sell these for real money, and these thoughts say that they need a lot of money, and that i should share because they are more realized than i.
Sometimes these want to share part with Buddha, occasionally however they don't tell anything about this.
These thoughts in my mind slander and jest at my efforts to create art for kids, art that should direct them for Real Buddhism and Esoterics - instead of playing computer games so much. These thoughts want to force me to play in excess, to make me fat person unprepared for Enlightened Love, to sell all that's valuable and claim for themselves, to slander, jest and insult me for my efforts.
... i think these art-resources have uses in Greater Arts, that these are half-products for other Buddhist & Esoteric Artists - so these are worth far more in Artists' toolboxes than in hands of other players, than market's value estimation would suggest.
i offer a lot of things - mostly for Buddhas, for Lama Ole and for a Buddhist woman i Love.
... instead of a support, of return, i suffer from inner abuses - these thoughts are quite stupid, egoistic and greedy.
When i do something beneficial, without thinking of myself, thoughts want me to keep doing this indefinitely - even at cost of my sanity & well being.
When i give a little, i feel inner pressures to do it even more, more, and more ... until i fall into troubles, and even further than that.
Another example is the 'Project Wraithstar' gift for Lama Ole Nydahl and for a Buddhist woman i Love - thoughts in my mind want to receive only benefits, without suffering any of possible, even if only imagined - costs. So i am forced by my thoughts to work, to celebrate each small success by eating in excess, or by smoking cigarettes - even when it harms my health & well-being.
... is it wise to forget about oneself when one practices Dana, and Four Immeasurables?
... perhaps yes, but not when others only take, without returning the favour.
I've heard on a Buddhist lecture that energy sent will return to one at a certain point in time - but so far, it doesn't seem it will happen in this life.

Emanation vs. Incarnation.
About.
This article is more a question than answer - if readers know answers - please tell me, if You can.
Quotes.
So far i've read:
'One of the powers of an enlightened mind is the ability to spontaneously emanate itself through the power of its altruistic intention.
When an attained Lama enters clear light meditation, he would usually emanate into 5 main emanations, which corresponds to body, speech, mind, qualities and activities.
The students of the Lama would search for the mind emanation, which is also known as the incarnation of the high Lama.
That is an incarnation.
Emanation is an animate or inanimate form manifested by Buddhas or high Bodhisattvas to benefit others.
If it is from an infinite source such as all embracing mind of a Buddha which is space like and unobstructed, it can have countless emanations in infinite forms all at one instance.
Reincarnation requires a mode of birth egg womb born, egg born, moisture born, etc in order for the rebirth entity to possess the characteristics of the being specific to that mode of birth.
Egg, to take on human form and characteristics, one need to take rebirth through the womb of a female human.'
Source: Emanations vs. Incarnation on Chinese Buddhist Encyclopedia.
More questions.
Can inanimate physical things, as for example: Dorje Phurba, be vessels for Buddha emanation?
If yes, then does Buddha blessing radiate from these?

Vajrakilaya - Dorje Phurba.
There are Buddhist tools one should not touch or even look at for as long as one is not ready.
But, i think - one can acquire these to be ready to use later.
One won't learn without having and using such tools, i know.
i've bought Dorje Phurba on an internet auction.
i offer this tool to HH Buddha Karmapa 17th Trinley Thaye Dorje, both it's uses - as well as the tool itself.
Perhaps Buddha will accept, otherwise i'll keep it and prepare to use skillfully as soon as i can.
i wish to not use it, except when insights and / or visions explain me that i should train with it, or when insight and / or visions tell me that i should use to achieve Enlightening goal.
... i need to be wary, however - as insights & visions often lie to me. i should keep distance & criticism to voices in my mind, it's only healthy.
'The Awesome Three Wrathful Deities of the Phurba.
Phurba or Kila is the wrathful implement associated with three of the most awesome and ferocious of the wrathful meditational deities: Hayagriva, Vajrakilaya, Black Mahakala. There are specialized Phurbas dedicated to Padmasambhava and other deities, but Vajrakilaya / in Tibetan, Dorje Phurba / is the best known in the west, awareness spread by many public Vajrakilaya blessings by His Holiness the Sakya Trizin. Equally, Most Secret Hayagriva is very popular and precious.
The deity cannot be separated from the Kila or Phurba. They are not separate. The presence of the deity is invoked into the Phurba, and it is considered a living Nirmanakaya deity — one of the reasons Phurba’s are typically covered in blue cloth when out in public. Phurbas are also often placed on altars where offerings can be made to them. Hayagriva, Vajrakilaya and Mahakala are all wrathful and secret Higher Tantric Deities. Hayagriva is a wrathful manifestation of Amitabha, Vajrakilaya is the wrathful emanation of Vajrasattva, and Mahakala is wrathful Avalokiteshvara.
(...)
The Handle: Vajra or Knots.
Some Phurbas have extraordinary detail, such as this one with six arms and three faces.
The “main grip” of the Phurba is typically a / eight sided / shaft with two symmetrical knots, or a complete vajra. Beer describes the knots this way: “Its form may derive from its use as a tethering stake, or from its uses in kilana rituals where the protective circle is petted out on the ground and bound with colour thread. In a Nyingma text from the “Norther Treasure Tradition, it is stated that “samsara and nirvana are enclosed within the vast knots /Skt. mahakanda / at either end of the handle.” The eight-sided shaft can have multiple meanings:
The eight directions, with the knots / top and bottom . representing above/below or zenith / nadir,
The Eight-fold path,
The eight consciousnesses,
The eight great charnal grounds of the mandala,
Esoterically, the eight main psychic channels that radiate from the heart chakra'.
Source: Buddha Weekly.
'Diamond Dagger / Skt. Vajrakilaya, Tib. Dorje Phurba /: Powerfully protective emanation of Diamond Mind; overcomes all hindrances, especially to meditation'.
-- Quoted from 'Fearless Death' book by Lama Ole Nydahl.
Phurba is used ritually to symbolically sever attachment to the ego. Varja symbolically means 'thunderbolt', 'diamond', 'skillful methods' among other meanings. Therefore, i can imagine that
Dorje-Phurba is the tool for severing one's attachment to ego, with use of 'skillful methods'.
Thunder symbolizes that Enlightenment might be as quick as a lightning bolt carrying light, and once one is Enlightened - Diamond symbolizes that Enlightenment is indestructible, 'hard as diamond'.

Way Analysis.
My way consists of many aspects, including Martial Arts, Esoterics & Beuatiful Art of Roleplaying.
These aspects have common points, but cause internal conflicts and there are other troubles associated.
In my Mind, Esoterics have no respect for Martial Arts - esoterics-associated voices in my mind slander Martial Arts, and there are too much of expenses associated with Esoterics. These candles, incense, wands and other implements cost a lot, and shipping/handling fees are not small as well.
In my Mind, Martial Arts used to calm me down - but not anymore. Voices associated with Buddhist Martial Arts Teacher / with nickname: Yoda / are abusive as well. Martial Arts also cause me to eat too much after training and in other situations - and i do not want to be fat as Sumotori.
Roleplaying Beautiful Arts, written tales are major source of stress and emotional effort associated with playing with other players - who usually treat the games as a way to de-stress after work, who wish to just release anger in game.
After thinking it over, i wish to reduce on these aspects of my way, for my health and well being - both mental and physical.

Preparing for Phowa.
Not many - if any - know for sure when one dies.
i wish to prepare for that moment, by preparing for Phowa, the Conscious Dying Meditation.
i doubt i will have a chance in this life for attending the Phowa Course, so i'll just prepare and hope that if something disastrous occurs, others will do Phowa for me.
i'll try to repeat 1000 malas of 108 mantra repetitions - of Limitless Light Buddha Mantra: OM AMI DEWA HRIH.
i'll also try to repeat the Buddha Diamond Mind's Mantra, 100-syllable mantra, 1080 malas of 108 mantras - taken from 'Ngöndro' book by Lama Ole Nydahl, translated to polish language.
... so far it seems i will skip the prostrations part, and won't complete with other two practices that follow - Mandala Offering & Meditation on Lama, because my insights tell me i cannot do Ngöndro in this life.
If my mind state changes that way, then perhaps i'll do Ngöndro anyway, but for now my mind opposes that. But perhaps this mental block is just an ego trick, and sooner or later will be overcome.
Please do Phowa for me, after i die - if You can.

... i do not wish to be rude.
... i do not wish to be rude, but there are thoughts in my mind.
Thoughts in my mind tell me to 'bother' other buddhists, who do not talk to me - with talk & links, and earlier by coming to a Warsaw Buddhist Center after i was sent away.
i do not wish to molest people with my presence, but there are voices in my head telling me to keep them informed, even if they do not care nor read what i am writing.
... do they really wish me to bother them?
... would they wish to show-off their well-developed fascination activity, as well as skillful means of holding bothersome people at a distance - as tiger trainers do with tigers in a circus?
... is it a good style to Protect Sangha from insane person by showing him or her doors?
... is it comfortable for them to call me botherer and not care?
... some of these people are causes of beneficial thoughts & feelings in my mind - for example Rafał Olech - while others - i'll omit names this time - are causes of both beneficial and hurtful thoughts in my mind.
... dear Mind of mine, it is my wish to stay away from those who do not wish to admit contact with me.
... dear thoughts and feelings of mine - do not make me bother others with my presence, voice or writing.

Of why i left the Catholic Church for Buddhism.
i was raised in a catholic family.
i have the experience of the church's members expecting me to be better than them - they demanded me to behave good, but they didn't behave that way.
Most of them were moralizing, telling me what to do - but they were not examples, they didn't inspire only demand. With a few of rare exceptions, of deeply religious people.
As i grew up, i tried to suicide, my inner pain, my feeling of guilt was so big.
... i told myself - that if i was so bad, the world without me will be better. And i knew deep in my heart that it would be others who would regret that suicide more than me. i felt a sarcastic satisfaction with that feeling and thought.
My suicide attempt failed, then i meditated, recovered for a while.
Now i have voices in my head telling me what to do, how to spend money, what to eat, how to behave during holidays / tomorrow is Lughnasadh, so i had many insisting voices today /, etc. - the voices tell me that it's church's wish to behave that way, so i can suffer, and then go to heaven.
i think church tries to convert others out their desire for material and other gains - they want more of their 'lower ranks', so they can bask in pride of their superiority, and benefit from the work of 'lessers'.
i think this is rude and stupid to demand me to suffer under them until end of life, so i can go to heaven that way.
Why they won't develop tolerance and suffer under Buddhism, working for other views and faiths, suffering so they can go to heaven that way?
/ i advise checking Buddhists You choose to serve, if You decide to do so - some are too abusive and sectarian. i do not wish to create martyrs and law court trials - in my opinion it's better to cease to serve abusers than to quietly abide, than to create unneccessary drama. yes, some buddhists are jerks. ;) /
i certainly do not wish to return to Catholic Church, i think such conversion would make me wish to suicide again.
i think Catholic Church, in order to convert people should inspire by living as examples, not demanding what they do not represent by themselves.
... but why Buddhism?
... since childhood i was impressed with martial arts and buddhist ideas, without knowing roots.
... then as i understood i turned to buddhism, but also to other views and faiths - as Wicca or the Golden Dawn - which i liked at youth.
-=- Truth is what brings together, instead of separating - but honesty is still important. -=-
-=- i should read this book, when i can. -=-

Turning Anger against Self.
Consequences.
Too much of anger is a trap.
As one releases anger, one often loses control and does harmful things to oneself and to others, seeding bad karma in one's own store consciousness.
Eventually that karma will emerge from store consciousness and one will face unpleasant results.
More than that, as one loses control one struggles in a blind, painful fight ... and results are miserable. That way one is punished by one's own anger.
How to handle anger?
'Here Buddha's advice is to develop compassion for others and to understand that maybe those who make mistakes cannot help it.'
-- Quoted from 'The Way Things Are' book by Lama Ole Nydahl.
'One's handling of disturbing emotions on the thrid and ultimate level is often explained metaphorically: one lets the thief enter an empty house. This means not giving one's enemies any nourishment and strength. One simply and tenaciously continues doing what lies in front of one's nose and behaves like an elephant pricked by thorns. Though thorns are there, one stays "cool and calm" and is aware of of the strength of their skin. They don't give the disturbing emotions any power. Seeing one's disturbing emotions like a silly film on TV that one doesn't need to watch also gives mind its wished-for space. After repeated appearances in varying costumes, but with decreasing success, the disturbing emotions gradually stay away. Their power dwindles and, when they lose their influence, one may even give them useful, but uncomfortable jobs: in the case of waning anger - wash the car; in the case of jealousy - clean the toilet; in the case of confusion - answer some mail; and so forth. Chores like these, habitually enforced, encourage mental trips to quickly flee'.
-- Quoted from 'Buddha & Love' book by Lama Ole Nydahl.
Aside from these methods, i've experienced that it might be useful to calmly & wisely release a small amounts of anger at one's own self's parts. Like in martial arts, when one strikes, one breathes out and releases a little of anger, sometimes as part of Kiai, battle shout. One can shout HUNG mantra as a battle shout as well.
But how this relates with one's self?
When a cause of anger-arousing troubles originates in one's mind / more precisely: in one's self /, one can perceive it quickly if one observes mind.
One should never accept bad mental trips, one should develop distance & criticism to what appears in one's mind.
One can develop intent of attacking these causes of troubles, breathe out a small & controlled amount of anger while thinking or speaking the HUNG mantra.
Invoking Mahakala, with mantra OM MAHAKALAYE SOHA might help as well.

Samurai - Zen Monk's advice for Beginners.
Suzuki Shōsan & advice.
In a book about Suzuki Shōsan, about a samurai who became Zen monk there are advices for beginners with bad karma, as well as other teachings.
Suzuki Shōsan learned from a tantric Zen master, cultivated vital energy (as Ki is called in this book) symbolized by two guardian deities - Niō - who stand on either side of the temple gate. Each carries a thunderbolt-like weapon (kongōsho) that, according to esoteric Buddhism, symbolizes the diamond-hard wisdom mind.
The advices for beginners, especially for those with bad karma are as follows:
'Become a Vengeful Spirit of the Buddha Dharma.
(...)
To practice Buddha Dharma, you should model yourself after Buddhist images. But beginners should not focus on the image of the Tathagata, for they are not yet able to do Tathagata Zazen. They should focus on the Niō and Fudo* and do Niō zazen.
(...)
If you try for quick results, you'll only regress.'
* Fudo Myō-ō, a wrathful figure, a form of Dainichi Nyorai / Sanskrit: Mahavairocana-tathagatha, the Buddha who expounded Esoteric Buddhism (...) Like the Niō, he possesses the vital energy neccessary to fight deluded thoughts.

Blog author's comment.
After reading more about Suzuki Shōsan's life and teachings, i did some of Mahakala's - also Buddhist Protector Deity - practices.
... i found that my mind-state shares a lot with view of Suzuki Shōsan. Perhaps i was his student in previous lives.
... i've started a war against my ego, releasing anger at my ego's parts.
This felt the painful and hopeless struggle to fight so stupidly, had insights that this is glimpse on my karma from a lot of my past lives, when i was warrior without much of informations, who fought blindly, was used by others and suffered greatly because of that.
... i've read Lama Ole Nydahl's words about Ego, he wrote that ego is quite strong, but dumb as ox.
... i decided that i should fight against ego wisely, and calmly - unleashing anger only a little when i need it's power to overcome inner foes.
... i think it's too timid and dumb to neglect anger release completely, as is stupid and dangerous to release too much of anger as well.
... when i'll feel abused, i'll get a little angry since now - unlike of what i did so far, as i was too good and tolerant for abuses - for my own good.
... i decided that i won't expect quick results, initially prepared for a very long war against ego - on the Mahakala Way, on the Way of Mahakala Buddha, that i identify with.
It seems wise to follow Suzuki Shōsan's advice to identify with a wrathful protector, when one is beginner with a lot of bad karma.
One should not tolerate abuses against oneself and others, no matter if they come from one's own ego or from real people.

Symbols of Truth, what they are?
Purpose.
... to interpret visions, insights and skrying attempts, i wish to use 'Symbols of Truth'.
See also, if You wish: Wish for Mental Skrying Tools, in Service for All Buddhas, Skrying in Service for All Buddhas.
What is truth?
... i like to say that 'truth is what brings together instead of separating, but honesty is also important'.
There are many truths, as many as there are beings.
Symbols of Truth.
... i think Symbols of Truth are symbols that invoke view of certain beings into my view, that these symbols say what is beneficial and what is harmful, that these symbols say who is friend and who is foe.
... in buddhism worst foe is ignorance, the root cause of all detrimential mind states. Ego is foe in Buddhism as well.
What Symbols of Truth i should use?
... i wish to use the Symbols of Truth that:
* include view of All Buddhas,
* include view of All Sanghas,
* include view of a Buddhist woman i Love,
* include view of the Rosicrucian Golden Dawn,
* include views of other Esoteric Groups - including Wicca, Witchcraft, and Luciferianism,
* dispel distractions - awaken clear and calm mind, awaken clear awareness, awaken discriminating wisdom,
* bring beings together, instead of separating,
Yes, i know - my visions will be interpreted through biased lens - but i tell about my preferences openly, at least.
... i fight for people & ideas i support, that way - and prefer to not fight too blindly - 'Symbols of Truth' are just a tool for that.
... feel free to criticize, if You wish.

Creative Visualization, Reality Changing Tool.
Introduction.
We are Minds separated by illusions of ego.
When ego is defeated, we are not separated anymore, we are One Mind, we are almost or fully the Buddha - connected even with those unenlightened, even if they perceive barriers still.
Universe is filled with Energies, subtler than physical, spiritual energies.
Subtler energies affect physical energies and matter.
Universe wishes to fulfill our wishes, some call it God-Force.
Universe acts through us.
Tools.
Imagination, Visualization, the Inner Vibration in Mind, is a way of interacting with Reality, what we think we become.
By changing ourselves, we change Reality - if only by our efforts to do it.
Creative Imagination is Magickal tool, may it be idea, feeling or visualized image in Mind.
Once created, it might be empowered - for example with power of positive affirmations.
That way we change, Reality changes as well.
How to Imagine?
1. Think of something simple, as if it already happened.
Either idea or event, for example: 'My apartment is clean and nice, fragrant, pure energetically and renovated'.
If it's event, relax and let imagine yourself being part of it.
To create image, it's nice to paint it or draw it first, or wish so it appears in mind.
2. Relax Your body and mind.
3. Count from 10 to 1, thinking, letting imagine. Each breath and counted number relaxes you, think of what you wish to visualize after each breath.
4. Return to the imagination often, focus on it often.
5. Empower with positive affirmations, or send positive energy different way.
Affirm without room for disbelief, and make sure it's pleasant outcome.
For example: 'Thanks to clean and fragrant apartment, i can look nice and smell fragrant - bad smells no longer stick to my clothing. Thanks to this i can succeed in Love and in Career'.
Outcome.
That way, you can believe a change is possible, dispel doubts - no matter if they are caused by black magick trauma of brainwashing or by other causes, you can change Yourself, you can change Reality.
Universe will conform to Your Will, You will Manifest / Realize / what you wish to achieve.

Wishing for Meditation.
... i've meditated both in Zen Sangha - briefly, then for a long time in Karma Kagyu Sangha.
... had insight that i should try to meditate again with Zen Sangha, i do not know for how long.
... had insight that i should do it to bring schools together, as 'truth is what brings together instead of separating'.
... i wish to do this, but i need to prepare first.

Karmic Multiplier Days, how to behave?
About.
There are the four major Buddhist holidays, four great festivals, or anniversaries that are related to the life of Buddha Shakyamuni.
On these days, the effects of positive or negative actions are multiplied 10 million times.
They are:
Chotrul Düchen, the 'Festival of Miracles'
Saga Dawa Düchen, the 'Festival of Vaishakha'
Chökhor Düchen, the 'Festival of Turning the Wheel of Dharma'
Lha Bab Düchen, the 'Festival of the Descent from Heaven'
Source: Four major Buddhist holidays on Rigpa Shedra Wikipedia.
By a common reason it makes sense to behave exceptionally well and seed good karma on these days at least.
... is it abuse to behave well only on these days?
Well, i think that to behave exceptionally well on the holidays one should prepare earlier - using other lesser holidays and other days of the year to prepare for the four most important Buddhist holidays.
How to enter that way?
i did it by wishing: 'i wish to use all of the year to prepare for the four major Buddhist holidays - in this year and in following years.'.
How to generate good Karma?
Three Useful Actions for the Body.
1. Protecting Life - Not killing.
2. Being Generous - Not stealing or deceiving.
3. Generating Joy through Sexual Activity - Not creating sexual harm.
The Four Useful Actions of Speech.
4. Speaking Truthfully - Not harming through lies or building up false trust.
5. Creating Harmony - Not separating or slandering people.
6. Speaking Calmly and Inspiring Trust - Not speaking roughly.
7. Speaking Mwaningfully - Not speaking foolishly or coarsely.
The Three Useful Mental Attitudes.
8. Being Satisfied and Content - Not being envious.
9. Being Kind - Not hating.
10. Developing the Right Perspective - Not being confused.

Lion's Roar.
Lions in Buddhism.
There's the Buddhist press called 'Lion's Roar'.
Lions are kings of the jungle, not easily tamed - they hunt for their own food, and are free.
Life of a Lion is not easy, unlike a life of a sheep.
Sheep depends on shepherd's food, protection and other luxuries, not having to fight for these on their own.
But fattest of sheep are Lion's meal.
Buddha Shakyamuni was known to rest in Lion's position, on side.
Clearly Lions are important symbols in Buddhism.
Computer Games Addiction & Buddhism.
... i play computer games too much for my own good.
Years ago i wanted to ditch that addiction for good, but in a Buddhist Center i got insights - thoughts appearing in mind - that i should play the games for others, creating Art.
Most important of results is: Chea's Journal, a blog.
Now, when i play these games, i speak mantras, observe and calm mind, play to develop and help others.
Still, these games destroy my mental health and life, as any of addictions does.
i wish to stop someday, or when i am forced to.
a Joke, a Gift.
Today i played a 'Pillars of Eternity' Computer Game and my character fought a few of Lions, and a Lioness.
Collected Lions' skins for my character.
Then insight appeared in mind that a Buddhist woman i Love wishes to have a skin of a Lioness.
... i gave her it in my mind, and got insight that Lioness' skin is highly prized gift and sign of realization in Buddhism.
... i am not sure how true or false this is however.
Had a hazy vision of her, of a Buddhist woman i Love, sitting, dressed in a black robe, wrapped in a Lioness' skin, teaching hundreds of kids Buddhism by a tea, in a circus tent.
Each of kids had a thermos full of hot tea, and a cup to drink. There was a large Russian Samovar in Tent's center - as i try to improve my relations with Russian people since a while.
Thoughts came in mind that she fights for me as Lioness, and that gift is pure - because no real animal died in truth.
Perhaps my animal-killing karma was purified as well, that way.
This occured today, on a holy day with a 10 million times karmic multiplier, as well.
This made me think.
i've offered all three of other Lion skins to Buddhist Teachers and friends, not as a mockery but as an innocent joke and gift.
... a while ago i entered a way of criticizing superiors in a loving and funny way - because i think that the Teachers lack such attention, lack company of worthwhile partners and suffer from too many of boot-lickers and clappers who are too egoistic misinterpreters of Buddha's Lessons.
... i think i am too much of a worshipper as well, because of my ignorance - which is root cause of greed and hatred, and of all other detrimential mind states - since a while.
... i wish to improve, so i've entered the way of criticizing superiors, in a loving and funny way, enlightening way.
... i hope i won't fail too much.
... so there are gifts, Lion Skins.

The Day of The Buddha's First Teaching.
Today is Chökhor Düchen, holiday of the Day of The Buddha's First Teaching.
The Buddha turned the Wheel of Dharma for the first time, at Sarnath, India, by teaching the 'Four Noble Truths'.
Effects of all positive and negative actions are multiplied 10 MILLION times!

Transforming Snobism.
... i've read that in Buddhism one should develop Four Immeasurables starting from closest relatives, then extending positive influences over more beings, even over one's enemies.
But for as long as one is too exclusive in supporting or helping only closest friends, others suffer.
Taking advantage, gaining benefits from others' work to increase one's life standards is not a way to inspire others for Buddhism.
Inspiration is far more than looking nice and appearing as a succesful person to attract others, i think.
... i think Lama Ole Nydahl's Diamond Way Sangha works with many of this type of people - who are succesful and merciless, who are snobbish cliques without restraint in abusing others for personal benefits.
... is it beneficial?
i can see benefits of helping such people transform their karma - these people are influential, rich, have great meaning - so turning such a snob into a compassionate and wise buddhist can benefit many.
So even that buddhism is not a cocktail party and snob-show, such parties still happen, such people are drawn to Sangha.
How to transform such karma, however?
... i think such people should see as they really are, see the need and benefits of changing for better - then should do so for benefit of all, fulfilling bodhisattva promise.
When this happens, when such people become bodhisattvas, others will be truly inspired.
i think many - if not everyone - in the Diamond Way Sanghas have egos that clings to wealth, to power, to beauty.
This is very difficult ego to handle, i think.
... this applies to me, as well, and i wish to improve - i need methods for that.
... when i played a roleplaying game, my character Attentus was attractive yet morally disgusting, intelligent and unwise, a perfect example of a snob. Thanks to a wise female partner he 'succeeded' for a while. My characters, both former and current are still part of my personality and ego.
... i think poor people also can be, and occasinally are too snobbish for everyone's well-being.
... i find my example a nice joke, and an example of how poor, how funny cartoon caricatures of men and women, snobs are in depth.
For now i have only following clues on how to handle my snobish ego:
- as one gains wealth, should 'build a longer table and not a higher fence',
- after building longer table, one should develop Compassionate Loving Eyes - which see others' good sides instead of faults, but are still critical and reasonable,
- one should be reasonable when sharing, neither too-protective over one's wealth nor too stupid to share too much when cannot afford.
... i wish to be a Succesful, Wise and Compassionate person as Lama Ole Nydahl is, to be able to handle Snobism, to have good reputation and style while being Altruist and a true Buddhist, Wise and Compassionate, able to reach Enlightenment.
Without such transformations, the Diamond Way Buddhism is merely the abusive Sect.

Interdependence within Sangha.
Beings and Phenomena are interdependent, depending on other Beings and Phenomena for origination and existence.
Within Sangha, this means that every life is precious, that we depend on each other for survival, for growth, for enlightenment.
We should not release anger on 'lessers', we should help everyone.
... is it better to release anger on 'lessers' while bribing superiors, while sucking up to superiors?
Buddhas Teach that they do not want worshippers, but the true partners - how it is related with compassion? is it about bribery and buttering up superiors with too sweet words while taking advantage of 'lessers'?
Buddhism should not be tyranny and enslavenment, every life is precious - as Buddhas Teach, i think.
Buddhas Teach of Wisdom and Compassions - so taking advantage of others is not 'skillful means' nor 'agile methods', i think.
is releasing anger on weaker, is enslavement or taking advantage of people with worse karma a way to help others purify bad karma?
... i think not.
Friends are those who help or support others in development, in growth - instead of hindering growth.
Sangha should be a community of friends, instead of a snobbish clique where 'more realized' take advantage of 'lessers'.
So ... my plea to those who have better karma - especially to those who have Mahamudra - is to follow True Lessons of our Teachers, to develop Compassion and Wisdom, to behave as Buddhas we identify with until You are Buddhas truly.
i think this lessons should apply both on outer and inner levels, as outer appearances are not everything - one should also be internally pure.

Dangers of Meditation, Inner Hell.
After meditating and taking Refuge in Lama Ole Nydahl, my mind started to be more sensitive.
Then one day in a Warsaw Buddhist Center they told me they want to show me something.
... then i've heard Mira Boboli's voice - 'fry, don't wait' / pl: 'wysmażyć, nie czekać' /.
Then people started to talk about microwaves, ovens, fridges etc - and i felt heat and cold in turn, felt paralysis, panicked, turned more insane than i was until that moment.
Finally Sangha let me go and told me that they wish me to return.
Soon after i was in Psychiatric Hospital - fed with medicines that dumbed me down ... i could barely think, felt fear ... but voices went back into subconsciousness.
After many years i returned to Warsaw Buddhist Center, desperately seeking Enlightened Love - this need was cause of overcoming fear.
Now, after many years i can think better and faster, but there are voices still.
Some of these voices are beneficial - i call them insights, others are harmful, i call them mental ilness symptoms.
Mental Illness symptoms are insidious, sometimes i don't control myself because of these, sometimes they just blackmail me - telling that if i won't obey, my love-wish won't be realized.
i do many stupid things because of the symptoms.
Recently there are symptoms appearing as presence or voice of Michał Szwejkowski, wishing me to spend money and to do things that harm me.
i've removed my Silver Signet Ring with Loving Eyes Mantra engraved from my finger - and this caused symptoms to lessen.
Buddha disadvised meditation when someone has mental illness problems, i read.

Skrying in Service for All Buddhas.
Introduction.
Is skrying possible, or it's just a time-waste?
... i've heard on a Buddhist Lecture, i've heard words from Lama Ole Nydahl that supernatural powers are a fact.
... but too much of 'soft-way' esoterics can be more trouble than it's worth, i think.
So far i've been using my Black Obsidian Skrying Mirror without great skill.
i've merely looked and insights appeared in mind, answering the question i had.
Had insights that a Black Obsidion Skrying Mirror can be used to look into store consciousness, also known as Akashic Scrolls in a search for knowledge. Black Obsidian's purifying properties are valuable here, as these can help to purify karma as it's perceived that way.
Offering.
Insights appeared in mind that i can offer my Skrying attempts for all Buddhas, and ask for transmission for Buddhist-Esoteric Skrying Methods.
i've agreed in mind.
Clues.
... i've found a paragraph in a book about Skrying. It refers to ball gazing, but perhaps it's also clue for the mirror - gazing:
'Miss Goodrich-Freer's experience may be of value to good visualisers. I, therefore, give her suggestions here :
Look carefully at some part of the room in front of you, avoiding anything likely to be reflected in the ball, Shut your eyes, and try to visualise it;
Then try if you can see it in the crystal.
If you have any gift of visualisation at all this ought to be acquired with ease after half-a-dozen experiments. When you can do this you may go on to visualise, with closed eyes, some scene that you have lately witnessed—and this, too, can be transferred to the crystal. It is well to begin with simple subjects, and increase their complexity pari passu with the growth of your powers.
Begin, say, with a chair - the only thing that I have ever been able to visualise at will, so far as my memory serves me ; then take more complex objects ; then try a simple scene, with one person and a background, and so on.'
-- Quoted from 'Crystal Gazing; Its History & Practice, With a Discussion of the Evidence for Telepathic Scrying' book by N W Thomas (1905).
When i read this paragraph, insights appeared that i should visualize a question, an art-image that asks desired question, then glance at mirror, focus and keep mind open for answer.
About mirror usage:
'The mirror is only to be handled by its owner, or the magnetisms will be mixed ; others may look at it in a box.
Clean it with soapsuds, rinse well, wash with alcohol or fluoric acid, and polish with velvet. It must be frequently magnetised—make passes with the right hand, five ' at a time.
This keeps it alive.
If you make them with the left hand it gives it sensitiveness.
Have your back to the light always.
The top must lean from the scryer.
When several look it must be suspended.'
-- Quoted from 'Crystal Gazing; Its History & Practice, With a Discussion of the Evidence for Telepathic Scrying' book by N W Thomas (1905).
Wishes:
i wish for mirror - gazing and other skrying methods, to be used in a service for all Buddhas, as well as for my own uses.
i wish for lessons on these in form of transmission resulting in insights and visions appearing in my mind.
i wish others who also wish to learn skrying in service for Buddhas and for their own uses, to get these methods as well.

Sutra, Tantra & the Ways.
Sutra / Skt., Tib. do /.
Often called the Causal Way; on this path one stablishes, over a long time, the causes for enlightenment in order to recognize the characteristic of all things, their emptiness.
In its further meaning, literally 'guideline,' it is a term for the individual specific discourses of Buddha.
-- Quoted from 'Fearless Death' book by Lama Ole Nydahl.
Great Way / Skt. Mahayana, Tib. Thegchen /.
The way of the bodhisattvas, where one strives for enlightenment for the benefit of all beings.
Compassion and wisdom are deepened through study, analysis and meditation over a long time, and then expand into insight.
The Great Way sometimes is used synonymously with term sutra.
-- Quoted from 'Fearless Death' book by Lama Ole Nydahl.
Tantra, Buddhist / Skt. /.
A highly effective part of the Great Way in which identification with enlightenment and holding the Pure View are the most important methods;
Tantrayana / the Tantra path / has the same meaning as Vajrayana / Skt. Diamond Way / and Mantrayana / the Mantra path /.
The goal, buddhahood, becomes the way.
A fast way to enlightenment, but one that implies trust in one's own mind and a compassionate attitude.
-- Quoted from 'Fearless Death' book by Lama Ole Nydahl.
Diamond Way / Skt. Vajrayana, Tib. Dorje Thegpa /.
Also called Tantrayana and Mantrayana.
The highest level of Buddha's teachings, encompassing body, speech, and mind with goal of full enlightenment.
In this practice, the goal also becomes the path by using fast and profound methods.
These teachings can only be used with the perspective of seeing everything as fundamentally pure.
-- Quoted from 'Fearless Death' book by Lama Ole Nydahl.
Mantra / Skt., Tib. ngag /.
Natural vibration of buddha aspect;
Activates the Buddha aspect's power-field.
Many Diamond Way meditations have a phase where mantras are repeated.
-- Quoted from 'Fearless Death' book by Lama Ole Nydahl.

Need for Equanimity.
What is Equanimity?
'The fourth of the Four Immeasurables.
It means to remain free from attachment and aversion in a balanced and benevolvent state of mind'.
-- Quoted from 'Buddha & Love' book by Lama Ole Nydahl.
The Need.
Without equanimity, people cling to what's pleasant and avoid what's unpleasant.
As this develops, people want to take away money from those they consider uglier, and send them away - not caring what happens to them.
This is 'Give me your money and get lost' attitude.
Lack of Equanimity results in elitism, snobism, in competition for resources, and as this race continues - in oppression, social inequalities, in crime, terrorism and wars.
Modern people - as HH Buddha Dalai Lama teaches - should be more responsible and considerate.
Without Responsibility and Equanimity, world will have troubles surviving for future generations.
Equanimity should be practiced along with other of Four Immeasurables, i think, however.

a Prayer for a Nice Look & Fragrance.
... i've prayed to HH Buddha Karmapa 17th Trinley Thaye Dorje for a nice look & fragrance.
... to find employment, i need to look & smell nice, my apartment has to look & smell nice as well - that's requirement of my psychologist.
... i need to find work soon to get out of financial crisis and debts.
... i've prayed by lighting a candle on my makeshift buddhist altar, under Buddha's printed image.
... please meditate, wish, pray, cast spells, or do other spiritual practices for me, if You can.

Reducing on Esoterics.
A quote.
'Until recently most available spiritual books were unclear mix of anything exotic and New Age.
Only experienced teachers and their well trained groups could cut through such confusion effectively, protecting mental health, and saving precious time.
But these warnings to solitary practitioners are not the only possible cautions.
Once well embarked on an established road to enlightenment, there still lurk two misleading exits on the highway to enlightenment that are not easily recognized if one does not share growth with a group.
The first is a non-discriminating approach to the soft sciences, a seductive but dangerous exit.
Of course, after becoming Buddhist it makes sense to continue to use of skills like healing powers and a knowledge of astrology, at least as long as they are interresting and can be directed into a Buddhist context without confusing one's meditation or view.
But if in the process one forgets the ultimate goal, enlightenment for the benefit of all, a most precious opportunity is wasted and may not be found again for lifetimes.
The second slippery exit is the targeted attachment to warmly welcomed experiences.
Holding onto them or hoping for them to return can seriously block a person's development and, above all, scare bright people away.
Because all experiences are unfathomable and unsteady, the wish to repeat them always ultimately leads to discouragement.
Trying to carry along the milestones of the past and living in what once was not only mentally develops arms like a gorilla, but the habit blocks progress.'
-- Quoted from 'The Way Things Are' book by Lama Ole Nydahl.
Reduction.
Part of my way is esoterics, but recently it became too heavy burden, like a metal ball chained to legs that hinders progress.
When i tried to practice digital arts, mind states hindered me in that, trying to discourage - with insights explaining that it takes too much of time, which could be spent on esoterics.
Earlier i had to reduce on Martial Arts because of Esoterics, as well - even that Martial Arts are advised for those who practice Magick.
i prefer art & beauty more than power, so when esoterics hinders my progress in art - i have to resign.
i am reducing on esoterics, and on lessons from teachers of Buddhist Esoterics - like of Mira Boboli.
Esoteric Lessons put me into troubles - not only financial, and Art is far more important for me.
i won't let 'Art of Magick & Light' change into 'Way of Magick & Light'.
Speech Practice, including Artful Expression is the important part of Buddhism, which works on Mind, Speech and Body Levels.
Speech & Art are the Holy Practice, afterall - not only because Lessons are better transmitted with developed Art & Speech.

Thangka Art & Computer Sciences Aspiration.
... i am a buddhist, esoteric and scientist / mostly computer scientist / fascinated by Art.
i wish to support or help Thangka Artists, to learn, to create Thangka Art.
Thangka Art is the Holy Buddhist Art.
... first Mahakala Thangka Art, then Enlightened Love Thangka Art, then other.
Not only using Adobe Photoshop, but also using programming languages, graphics libraries & other tools.
... i wish to buy Adobe Photoshop when i can afford, and choose sane offer - not only price matters here.
... i wish to create static graphics, as well as animations and demo applications - starting from
two-dimensional, then continuing with three-dimensional art.
... i have idea of encoding layers in software created by me, i wish to use it, as well as other ideas that i'll find.
... i also wish to create Software for creating Thangka Art as well, that does not require programming skills from it's users, eventually.

04.06.2018 update:
... i've bought legally Photoshop CS6 on ebay, have full extended version now. :)

08.09.2018 update:
... i've bought on an internet auction, on allegro.pl, a 2-sided stylus / pl: rysik / for painting using smartphone. One side is more thick and comfortable when painting and filling with brush's flow, other side - hidden under ferrule - is more thin and precise.
... i've installed Adobe Photoshop Sketch painting software on my smartphone, as well.
... why i won't use tablet for now? there are more important expenses, and i do not wish to buy something of poor quality. i want a good quality android tablet with high resolution and comfortable size, with a fairly modern Android OS version, and this requires money that i don't have for now;
... so i prefer to earn first, then buy something of good quality when i can afford.
... i cannot afford to buy rubbish, i need something that will last for a while.
... for now, using an android smartphone - best of phones for this task that i already have is
Huawei P Smart - very good smartphone with good size, resolution and very good cameras - is adequate training & work tool for me; making photos is also Art, that can be used in other Arts, and Adobe Photoshop software is just perfect for transforming photos and creating Art that way.
... i plan to paint images using smartphone, stylus & painting software, then to import these as layers into Photoshop CS6 for absolute and relative positioning, for image integration, corrections, editing and for finishing touches.
... i've checked: Adobe Photoshop Sketch's .psd files can be imported easily to Adobe Photoshop CS6 via Adobe Creative Cloud.
... i've also checked: Adobe Photoshop's .psd files can be imported easily to Adobe Photoshop Sketch as well, either easily via Adobe Creative Cloud, or by copying file manually to a phone.
... i have troubles finding a good book, dvd, or online course for painting Thangka Art using these tools, however.
... i could use directions, and transmission for that.
-=- Adobe Creative Cloud. -=-
-=- Webspace with Resources. -=-
... i also wish to create other arts - not only Thangka Arts - as is Enlightening, Practical and Pragmatic.

'Monopoly on Truth' ?
What is Truth?
i like saying: 'Truth is what brings together instead of separating, but honesty is also important'.
Truth can be either relative or absolute.
i think too many - not only of the faith religions - are too exclusive in their beliefs, or too politically correct in following stupid ideas spoken by attractive people.
i think every religion and view has a role, fulfills needs, and i believe that there can be mutual understanding and respect based on compassion.
i think that saying 'Only Buddhism leads to Absolute Truth' or 'Only our God is True', is a sign of being too exclusive.
Too much of stupidity, exclusiveness, fundamentalism, spiritual intolerance, envy or greed leads to conflicts.
In modern times the internet breaks boundaries between cultures, there's immediately available direct contact with very different people.
Without tolerance, understanding, compassion and respect it's too easy to argue, to react emotionally, to enflame dogmatic differencies and view differencies.
It is a responsibility to see each of beings as worthwhile, to understand that we are all interdependent - without each other we won't survive, nor be happy.
In modern times, with advanced weaponry - not only nuclear - lack of responsibility, understanding, compassion and respect can lead to catastrophes, even to destruction of our planet.
It is important to care for others, to support or help those in worse situation - as desperation brings desire for revenge, breeds terrorism, wars and other troubles.
No single religion or view has monopoly on truth - i believe happy families can be together in any society, culture, religion, view or nation. i believe anyone can learn wisdom and practice compassion, can try to develop good relations with other religions or views.

Tomorrow is Vesak, the most Sacred Day in Buddhism.
Vesak.
According to Karma Kagyu Calendar, 29 May 2018, Tuesday is THE DAY OF BUDDHA’S ENLIGHTENMENT AND PARINIRVANA;
'Festival of Vaishakha'
@15th (Full Moon) day of the fourth lunar month
This is 10 MILLION multiplier day: during this day every positive and negative actions multiplied 10 MILLION times!
This is the Most Sacred Day For Buddhist.
At the age of thirty-five Buddha attained enlightenment at Bodh Gaya. This day also marks the anniversary of his parinirvana at Kushinagara.
Blog author's plans.
During this year's Vesak i wish to offer Candle Light & Flowers to all Buddhas, as well as to listen & speak Mantras: Loving Eyes Mantras & Manjushri's Mantras.
i also wish to Celebrate Vesak by Practicing Shaolin Warrior Qi Gong - The Eight Treasures, done fully three times, with Aspirations.
i hope this will set Karma in Motion, for practice's repetition.
i also wish to behave as best as i can during the Vesak Day.

Shaolin Qi Gong Aspirations - Not only for my Buddhist Teachers Longevity.
Today my mind allowed me to train the Shaolin Warrior Qi Gong - The Eight Treasures (or Ba Duan Jin as is known in China), a little further.
i felt blessing & energy, and i think transmission from Shifu Yan Lei - instructor - reached me, so i made certain decisions in mind.
i wished to practice, aiming for 8th - 10th Dan Karate-equivalent, where 1st Dan is 12 years of training and 2nd Dan is 8 more. To achieve that i'll have to train three times a day, at least - but i'll start slowly, with time building up dedication & efforts. That way mind & body won't be shocked or discouraged, and i'll yearn for more lessons. it's proven method of getting involved, of reaching a mind state where one puts heart into practice, wishing for more.
... as for Aspirations, i wish that these practices:
* be Enlightening,
* increase my Buddhist Teachers energy, health & longevity,
* Increase kids of my Buddhist Teachers energy, health & longevity,
* increase energy, health & longevity of my future family, including kids if there will be any,
* lead to full understanding & experience of Shaolin Warrior Qi Gong, useable both in Buddhism & Mantras, Martial Arts, Everyday Life, Esoterics, Self-Defense,
* include protection from energy, health & longevity misuse.
